Bob grew up around the dental lab. His father (Pepper) worked for Biogenic for 46 years, and has had the pleasure of working with his brother Jim for almost 20 years. With a background in sales and customer service, Bob works hard to ensure that the relationships we develop with our customers remain strong. Bob has been instrumental in the successful implementation of new technologies such as CAD design, 3D printing and CAD CAM milling. These new advancements have helped Biogenic expand their product line and better service the restorative needs of the dental community. Jim has worked with the Biogenic team for almost 25 years. His knowledge of quality management systems, writing standard operating procedures and lean production has helped modernize Biogenic Dental Laboratory. Through continued process and improvement, Jim's goal is to help Biogenic adapt and grow in the ever changing digital landscape.

As a highly skilled senior technician in our Crown and Bridge department, Debra and her team will work with you from start to finish ensuring your patients' ultimate satisfaction. She is an expert on ceramic products like ZurluxFC2 and Emax. Debra has been with Biogenic for 35 years. With access to our digital tools and 3D rapid prototyping equipment, Debra can assure you superior fit and finish on your cases.

Tim began his career at Biogenic in 1986 where he quickly adapted to the process of denture fabrication. Tim has gone through extensive training with both the PTC program, and many courses offered through our vendors. Bob started his dental career in 1982 as a Hygienist/Dental Assistant in the United States Air Force. Since then he has built a successful career in sales that has allowed him to serve the dental community. For the past 6 years he has worked in both a customer service / sales and technical consultant capacity for a local dental laboratory. In 2016 he joined the Biogenic Dental team. His intimate knowledge of materials and digital dentistry enables him to confidently consult and guide you toward the best possible restorative solution for you and your patients.

Melissa has been with Biogenic for over 10 years, and manages our shipping and receiving department. She works hard to ensure that every case we receive is met with the same sense of urgency.
